It's an older Subaru in onmyouji garb, except I modified some things. If you squint, you can make out the roman numerals behind him on the gigantic fake watch behind his wings.
I used colored pencils and white acrylic paint for the wings and sparkles. It was fun...
[EDIT] Gaaaah >.< Forgot to mention that I won a contest in for last year's summer. Wow, that was way overdue >.>;;;; .....
You are AMAZING! (Fav fav faaaaav! ) The way you came up with acrylic white for the wings... I'd never have thought of that. I was sure you'd used digital to do them. I so adore this, and your art work in general!
Thank you! I use acrylic to touch up some of my colored works. Acrylic is very versatile. ^^ For this picture, I just dabbed on some acrylic white with a dry brush; it's quite simple. The gradations on the wings took care of themselves!

Thank you, Pink Turtle! This is what I've been working on when my Internet died this week. I finally got it done! Yeah, acrylic is awesome (the only type of paint I have). You should get some to touch up your watercolors...or gauche if you prefer...

I want to get some acrylics! But I don't like how they come in 2 OZ bottles (or that's the smallest I've seen. O_O;; ). Do you know where they have like 1 OZ ones (or preferably smaller than that too >o<;; )? And if so, how much are the 1 OZ/smaller than 1 OZ bottles? Though, the 2 OZ ones aren't even that expensive (like $1 dollar for a bottle, no?) but I don't think I'll be able to use the entire bottle, even if you gave me like 10 years to use it. >__>;; I want acrylics mainly for the clay charms I'm making since watercolors don't give a nice enough cover (even though they still work ♥. I gotta use a lot of the watercolor to make it stay on the clay though. >_<'
