I do not endorse Yuuko x Watanuki (Watanuki x Doumeki I do like though~ ). Yuuko Ichihara is such an omniscient being in the xxxHolic universe, the one everyone goes to when they reach crossroads in their life. So I don't see how she can fall so easily to the charm of a schoolboy, even if that schoolboy is Watanuki. The generation gap is too wide. I think their relationship is more like a mentor to a student or, if I may stretch it a bit, a mother to a son.

xxxHolic is just soo cool--I can't even begin to describe it. It's just amazing how CLAMP can bring out such allure out Japanese folklore and superstition. This profound series explores both themes domestic to Japan and universal ones as well, and that's what connects this manga's audiences around the globe. These are very human dilemmas Yuuko, Watanuki, Doumeki, and the entire cast deal with. It's very haunting.

Ehm...about the wedding thing. It's not really a wedding, so much as I-just-went-overboard-with-the-white-dress-so-now-Yuuko-looks-like-a-bride...ah, and everything degenerated from there. That's my pathetic excuse.

I've been told that my ink jobs look like they were printed out straight from the computer o.o (I've actually heard a consensus from the people I've talked to in real life--scary ;; ). I wonder if I'll hear the same here...
